Peter is the Democratic candidate that can beat Brian Dubie and win in November. Peter is the best candidate to lead Vermont out of the recession as he understands that we can’t tax or cut our way out and that we need our focus to be on economic development. He has the even-keeled temperament of a leader; no matter how difficult an issue is, Peter deals with the situation rationally and effectively. Finally, it is time that we had a Governor from Southern Vermont, I have never had to explain to Peter what the issues are down in Bennington County; he gets it.
